French President Nicolas Sarkozy has offered Mexican President Felipe Calderón help with police training and technology to combat drug traffickers: "We would like to help México resolve this problem which causes so much distress such as insecurity." Sarkozy and Calderón also unveiled a plan to build a $550 million helicopter assembly plant in México.

the French have always helped those in need even if most of da time theyre just lookin out 4 their own interests. lol but idk i mean da last time da French were in Mexico was when they invaded n occupied Mexico but still glad they helpin out like that

i dont want to be mean but mexico should apply DEAD PENALTY to all those drug dealers and kidnappers out there. i belive thats the only way things can start decreasssing cuz look...... "please police havent done just nothing all this dacades along with the US and other countries such as colombia, guatemala, honduras ect" they do as mux as they can but DEAD PENALTY at least can get criminal ppl freak or thinkin about what they are doing more than once.... like i said......im not trying to be mean but i belive ITS TIME TO BE AGRESSIVE AGAIST THOSE KIND OF PPL........thank u all
