Doesn't really matter what it's due to as long as the gov. is doing something about it to help them out. Covering their hospital bills and trying to find a cure or at least some remedy to PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) or whatever other brain injury would be the least we and the gov. could do for having them serve in the armed forces.
