Cuban President Raul Castro announced that 10 cabinet officials will step down from their posts, including prominent politicians like Cabinet Secretary Carlos Lage and Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque. Both Lage and Perez Roque are considered as Fidel loyalists who could have been future presidential candidates.
