Fox News and other conservative media outlets are criticizing a program in the House stimulus bill that would help former gang members get out of the life by having their tattoos removed. The tattoo removal program accounts for .00005 percent of the $410 billion package.

Who0oa.
its really not that necessary.
spend that money on programs helping them get out of trouble. in the end, whether they have markings on their bodies or not signifies nothing.
