- MySpace says it has removed 90,000 sex offenders from its site, twice as many as it estimated last year. But two recent surveys found that teens are less likely to be harassed by predators than they are by their peers.
- Cam’ron doesn't want to wake up early for work in a new video, "I Hate My Job."
- A California woman who gave birth to octuplets last week is facing a backlash after it was revealed that she already had six other children through in vitro fertilization. The woman's hospital bill for eight babies is estimated at $1.3 million.
- Law enforcement officials in Greeley, Colorado are investigating over 1,300 illegal immigrants for paying their taxes using fake or stolen Social Security numbers. Amalia Cerrillo, who prepared most of the tax returns, said the immigrants "wanted to show that they paid their taxes if there is ever a chance for amnesty or a green card.”
- The U.S. Border Patrol is investigating allegations by border agents who said they would be punished if they didn't meet arrest quotas during January. Border Patrol agents in Riverside, California said they were ordered to arrest 150 illegal immigrants or have their work shifts changed.
