Hip Hop producer Timbaland is suspected of stealing elements from Acidjazzed Evening – a chiptune made by Finnish demoscene composer Janne "Tempest" Suni – using it for both a ringtone titled Block Party and the Nelly Furtado track Do It. Both Timbaland tracks bear striking similarities to a Commodore 64-aided cover version of "Acidjazzed Evening" created by Glenn Rune Gallefoss. A YouTube video and YTMND page have surfaced in an attempt to explain the situation.
