Twenty-two-year-old producer-vocalist Charles Sanchez, aka DJ Sancho has been performing since he was tall enough to reach a snare drum. At the tender age of eight, the Lubbock, Texas native began playing percussion in a family tejano band called Impacto. A multi-instrumentalist by age 10, Sancho had dreams of becoming a weatherman but instead focused on producing, recording his first song before his 18th birthday. Five years later, he's already produced tracks for MC Magic and currently holds the sixth position on MySpace's Top Latin Artists list.
DJ Sancho's standout single "Baby Girl," a love song featuring slithering synthlines and delicate keyboard flourishes, can be heard on local radio throughout the Southwest. Sancho continues to perform in support of his debut album, Para Ti.
