First, you'll need to install a program on your computer that lets you receive and send files. This program is called a client. The client you install will depend on what P2P service you want to use.
One of the most popular P2P services / clients is called BitTorrent.
Once you install it, you'll just need to search for BitTorrent files of your favorite television shows – with commercials! Use a search engine like Google.
After you find the files you want, the P2P service connects your computer to the computers of other people who are sharing or want to obtain the same files. That makes the downloading faster!

Georgi, are you sure its viruses? Could they be worms or Trojan Horses? Because, some of those can be almost impossible to get rid of – you'd have to completely wipe your computer and start all over. Seriously. You can buy software to help you with viruses but in the future why not use a safer browser or, even, a safer operating sytems like on an Apple or Linux computer?
